Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, completed in 2020, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hamilton College, earned in 2014. Additional experiences include roles in talent and organizational development at NBCUniversal Media, research administration at Brigham and Women's Hospital, and various positions in youth and community services.
