Tobi Marcus is an experienced facilitator and coach with a strong background in strategic planning and consulting. Since 2018, Tobi has been a Facilitator for the Women in Management Groups Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, while also serving as the Founder of Coaching Toward Clarity since 2017. Tobi's consulting practice, Marcus Partners, LLC, established in 2012, focuses on coaching senior executives and emerging leaders across various industries. Previous roles include CORE Guide at Chief, Senior Banyan Affiliate at BanyanGlobal Family Business Advisors, and Coach at the Center for Excellence in Nonprofits. Tobi's leadership experience also includes serving as Director of Resource Development and Women's Fund Director at the Community Foundation for Monterey County. Tobi holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Bristol, a Master’s Degree in Sociology from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Grinnell College, in addition to certification as a coach from Designing Your Life.
