Shannon McCafferty

Shannon McCafferty has extensive experience in contracts and operations within the international development sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Contracts and Operations at Banyan Global since May 2014, Shannon has progressed through various roles including Director and Senior Manager in the same department. Prior to joining Banyan Global, Shannon held the position of Senior Manager at International Development Group LLC from August 2012 to May 2014 and served as Senior Manager and Deputy Chief of Party at AECOM between October 2004 and July 2012. Shannon began the professional career as a Program Officer at IBI - International Business Initiatives from June 2002 to October 2004. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in African Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science/Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
