Will Xu

Will Xu has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Recreation Manager and Duty Manager at Banyan Group since July 2014, where involvement as a key member of the Front Office pre-opening team has been pivotal. Prior to this, Will worked at Marriott International from December 2012 to July 2014, starting as Guest Service Office/Manager and advancing to Guest Service Manager due to expertise in managing major group events. Earlier roles include Front Office Supervisor at SHRW, LLC from June 2011 to November 2012 and Guest Service Agent at IHG Hotels & Resorts from January 2010 to April 2011. Will Xu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business English from Xi'an Fanyi University, completed in 2010.
