Gabriela Gutierrez has a diverse background in human resources and operations within the healthcare sector. Starting as a Clinical Support Specialist at Our Kids of Miami-Dade/Monroe, Inc from April 2014 to March 2015, Gabriela transitioned to roles at Banyan Health Systems, serving as a Human Resources Business Partner from July 2015 to 2019, and currently holding dual positions as Executive Business Partner and Operations Manager since March 2019. Earlier experience includes a role as Human Resources Generalist at Miami Behavioral Health Center from March 2015 to February 2016, where responsibilities encompassed interviewing, onboarding, employee relations, job fairs, and recruiting. Gabriela has also worked as a Credentialing Coordinator, further enhancing expertise in HR functionalities.
