The Healthcare Management Team at Banyan Health Systems is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of integrated primary and behavioral healthcare services across the organization’s 12 service centers in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. This team ensures the seamless collaboration between various healthcare professionals, manages patient care plans, monitors health outcomes, and works to improve the overall quality and efficiency of the services provided to the 17,000 patients served annually.
