Allen Joiner Jr

Allen Joiner Jr has over 30 years of work experience. Allen started their career in 1990 as a Heating and Air Conditioning Technician Apprentice at Wayne's Services. In 1995, they became an Engineering Technician at Graphic Packaging International, where they created software packages and routines to enable Packaging Machinery Engineers to perform their jobs more efficiently and quickly. From 1999 to 2011, Allen worked at Radiant Systems Inc. in various roles, including Lead Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer, and Software Engineer. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at NCR Corporation as a Project Manager and Technical Operations Manager. During their time at VMware from 2018 to 2020, they served as a Sr. Solution Architect - IoT, helping customers and partners build innovative solutions to realize the next generation of IoT. Since 2020, they have been a Sr. Customer Engineering Manager at Molecula, engaging with customers in a pre and post-sales context to leverage Molecula Featurebase to solve data management problems, reduce infrastructure cost, and enable real-time analytics on typically slow batch-data processes. Allen is currently a Solutions Architect at Banyan Hills Technologies.

Allen Joiner Jr. attended the Westminster Preparatory School of Augusta from 1990 to 1994 and obtained their high school diploma. Allen then attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1994 to 1999 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the American Heart Association for CPR Certified - Adult, Child, and Infant in September 2018, and from the Boy Scouts of America for Wilderness/Remote Location First Aid in December 2020. Allen also holds an Airwatch Enterprise Mobility Associate certification.
