Mariel Carroll

Mariel Carroll is a seasoned product designer with a diverse background in user experience (UX), user interface (UI), and user research across various industries. Currently serving as Lead Product Designer at Banyan Infrastructure since August 2023, Mariel contributes to multiple product verticals within an Agile framework, enhancing sustainable infrastructure financing solutions. Previously, Mariel participated in the Climatebase Fellowship, providing UX/UI consultation for projects aimed at addressing climate issues. With experience at Full Harvest, Rad Power Bikes, Giving Assistant, and BrightBytes, Mariel has consistently focused on leveraging technology to solve significant challenges, including food waste and nonprofit needs. Mariel holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development and Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley, and has expanded educational expertise through involvement in various educational support roles.
