Rhonda has worked in various hospitals and medical centers throughout their career, including the Hartford Hospital, Banner Desert Medical Center, and Cardon Children's Medical Center. Rhonda Anderson graduated from the College of St. Francis with a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Rhonda then attended Evanston Hospital School of Nursing, where they earned their RN in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Rhonda also holds an honorary DNSc from Grand Canyon University. Finally, they earned their Master of Public Administration from Roosevelt University. Rhonda is also certified by the American College of Healthcare Executives as a Fellow and by the American College of Healthcare Trustees as a Fellow. Rhonda is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing.
