Rikki Wardyn

Rikki Wardyn is currently the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at BANYAN, a software and technology company based in Omaha. Rikki is also an Advisory Council Member at Forbes Human Resources Council and an Independent Gallup Certified Strengths coach at Gallup. Previously, Rikki held positions such as Division Manager at Catholic Health Initiatives and HR Executive at CHI Health. With a Master of Arts in Management from Doane University, Rikki has a strong background in developing and executing human resources strategies to support business goals and enhance employee engagement.
