Harpreet Singh is an experienced M&A business development professional with a proven track record in sourcing and executing successful M&A strategies. As a founding team member of FirePower Capital's buy-side advisory practice, Harpreet helped enhance corporate development strategies through advanced target identification and innovative technology from 2020 to 2023. Currently, Harpreet is engaged in corporate development at Banyan Software while also serving as the Founder and CEO of Heavyweight Capital, an entrepreneurial holding company established in 2022. Harpreet previously founded LAB B, a coworking space and startup incubator, which received sponsorship from noteworthy organizations, including Toronto Pearson Airport and Ryerson University. Harpreet earned education from The University of Western Ontario between 2010 and 2014.
