Jonathan Eldon has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. In 2016, they were an Events & Office Administration Intern at Heart & Stroke. In 2017, they were a Junior Career Associate at Goodman School of Business at Brock University, where they improved student satisfaction through customer service and increased student outreach and engagement by managing a team of student volunteers. In 2018, they were an Independent Quality Review Intern at RBC Insurance, where they developed computer programs to identify discrepancies between the claims and policy systems and improved the comprehensiveness of the RBC Known Fraudulent Claims list. In 2019, they were a Venture Capital Junior Analyst at BDC IT Venture Fund, where they contributed to analysis of prospective re-investment opportunities, analyzed future exit opportunities, and increased the efficiency of the fund portfolio dashboard. In 2020, they were a Treasury Analyst at RBC Capital Markets. In 2021, they have been a Financial Analyst at Mitel and a Senior Financial Analyst at Banyan Software.

Jonathan Eldon obtained an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration, Co-op in Finance from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University between 2015 and 2020. Jonathan then obtained a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst Certification (FMVA) from the Corporate Finance Institute\u00ae (CFI) in July 2021, a SAP ERP: Beyond the Basics certification from LinkedIn in January 2021, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification in June 2020, a Level I CFA Program certification from the CFA Institute in August 2019, a Bloomberg Market Concepts certification from Bloomberg LP in November 2017, and a Wall Street Prep Excel Certificate from Wall Street Prep in February 2017.
