Heather Harger

Heather Harger is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in wellness coaching, education support, and recruitment. Currently serving as a paraprofessional at Lake Dallas ISD since August 2022, Heather supports life skills classrooms. As a certified health and life coach at All Naturally You Wellness Coaching, started in July 2020, Heather specializes in helping women over 30 overcome emotional barriers and achieve their fitness and weight-loss goals through holistic practices. Additionally, Heather holds brand ambassador roles with Heather Interactive Community and Banyan Botanicals, promoting women's empowerment and wellness. Prior to these roles, Heather worked as an independent recruiter at Caution Wide Turns, focusing on the transportation industry. Heather's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration and multiple post-bachelor degrees in Herbalism and Ayurvedic Medicine from Maryland University of Integrative Health.
