David Plascencia

David Plascencia has over 8 years of professional experience in the water conservation industry. David began their career in 2012 as Operations Manager at EcoTech Services, Inc., where they directed the implementation of various water conservation programs on behalf of many water retailers throughout California. In 2015, they moved to Cenergistic, where they served as Senior Consultant, Water Conservation. In this role, they directed Cenergistic's water conservation implementation program within their portfolio of K-12 and higher education clients throughout the United States, achieving positive savings by implementing proven water conservation strategies. David also managed a water utility portfolio of over five million dollars. Most recently, in 2020, David joined Banyan Water as Smart Irrigation Manager.

David Plascencia obtained a Certificate in Sports Turf Management from Mt. San Antonio College in 2012.
