Matthew Bower, PE, MBA

Matthew Bower, PE, MBA has over 20 years of professional experience in operations, sales, and teaching. In 2021, they began their current role as Executive Vice President of Operations at Banyan Water. Prior to that, they served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Cenergistic from 2009 to 2021. From 2006 to 2009, they were the Sales and Operations Manager at Gemini General Contracting where they led operations and a cross-functional team while managing the P&L for a $5 million company. From 2001 to 2006, they were a Secondary Mathematics Teacher at Utica Community Schools where they instructed, mentored and coached over 650 high school students.

Matthew Bower, PE, MBA obtained their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University between 1996 and 2001. Matthew then earned their Secondary Education in Mathematics from Eastern Michigan University between 2000 and 2001. In 2003 and 2004, they obtained their Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Saginaw Valley State University. Finally, they completed their Master of Business Administration from Indiana University Bloomington between 2013 and 2014.
