Spencer Davidson

Spencer Davidson began their career in 2013 as a student at Duke University. In 2014, they worked as a Finance and Accounting Intern at Steve Madden, LTD. The following year, they interned at Merchant Cash and Capital LLC, where they worked directly under the CFO, assisting with monthly consolidations and closes of the financial statements. In 2016, they worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Barclays. The following year, they became an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays, where they supported the origination and execution of transactions in the Chemical sector across M&A advisory, debt, and equity products. In 2019, they joined Banza as an Insights & Analytics Associate. Spencer was later promoted to Manager, Insights & Analytics, and then to Director, Insights & Analytics. In this role, they collected, structured, and analyzed the organization's data to tell the Banza story and provide real-time decision support for various investment decisions and overall company strategy. Spencer also addressed and solved data integrity challenges and other company bottlenecks to optimize efficiency, facilitate superior decision-making, and create harmony across departments.

Spencer Davidson attended Duke University from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Concentration in Finance.
