Shubhika Dhawan

Shubhika Dhawan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people strategy, operations, and HR leadership. Currently serving as the People Strategy & Operations Director at LinkedIn since December 2017, Shubhika has developed and aligned people strategies with business objectives in collaboration with senior executives, resulting in significant organizational design changes. Prior roles include People Strategy & Operations Senior Manager and Manager at LinkedIn, where Shubhika focused on talent management and diversity initiatives.
