Brandon Davenport has a long and varied career in marketing and product management. Brandon began their career in 2006 as an Advertising Account Executive for CBS Television Studios. In 2007, they co-founded Vesta Mobile Solutions, where they were responsible for revenue goals and selling activity, overseeing the development and launch of TextFlow, and creating presentations and workshops to educate agency partners and prospects on mobile marketing opportunities. In 2010, they joined American Express as a Product Manager for their mobile app. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at DIRECTV as a Product Marketing Manager, developing and executing the enterprise's mobile marketing strategy, increasing the SMS marketing database by 350%, and creating and executing product marketing plans for both online and offline channels. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Senior Manager of Global Product Marketing for Trustpilot, developing and implementing online conversion strategies, conducting A/B tests, and managing the Freemium product adoption strategy. In 2017, they became a Digital Marketing Instructor for General Assembly, and in 2019 they were Head of Product Marketing for PwC | FranSuite. Most recently, in 2021 they became the Head of Equitable Commerce for Shopify.
