Guillaume Lesay

Guillaume Lesay currently serves as the Group Chief Risk Officer at Groupe Baobab, overseeing the risk management function for an €800 million portfolio across seven countries in Africa and central China since May 2017. Prior to this role, Guillaume Lesay spent over two decades at GE Capital, holding multiple senior positions including Enterprise Initiatives Director, Operations and Collections Leader, and various roles in risk management across European and Asian markets. Guillaume Lesay has a comprehensive educational background with an MBA in Economic Development and Enterprise Finance from the Yale School of Management, along with a DESS in Banking & Finance from Université Dauphine, and a Baccalauréat C from La Rochefoucauld.
