Mbaye Dieng is an experienced IT professional, currently serving as the Head of IT Solutions Delivery at Baobab Group since April 2023, overseeing critical areas such as banking systems, RPA, digital channels, payment methods, Quality Assurance, and IT for IT. Prior to this, Mbaye was the Head of Service Delivery at BIZAO, focusing on product implementation and managing relationships with telecoms and banks.
