Sarah Tanc Watteeuw

Sarah Tanc Watteeuw is currently the Group Head of Human Capital at Baobab Group, a financial services company operating in eight African countries and a province in China, where efforts focus on providing financial access to underserved small businesses. Previously, Sarah held key roles at SUNU GROUP as the Group Head of Human Resources and at SUNU Assurances as an HR Business Partner. Sarah's extensive experience in human capital consulting includes a managerial position at Deloitte Côte d'Ivoire, where responsibilities encompassed strategy development and client project management across multiple African nations, as well as consulting roles at Deloitte France and LHH, addressing various HR challenges. Sarah possesses degrees in Economics and Human Resources from prestigious institutions, including University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris-Sud University.
