Hugo Larzabal

Hugo Larzabal is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in project management and continuous improvement methodologies. Currently serving as an Ingénieur développement et projets at Baobab Solutions since June 2017, Hugo previously held positions at DRB Méthodes & Applications, Unilever Cogesal Miko, Unilever HPC, DRT, Snecma, and Groupe Casino. Notable projects include the installation of production lines for Unilever and the application of Lean principles at DRT, significantly enhancing operational efficiency. Hugo holds a degree in Civil Engineering from École des Mines de Saint-Étienne and a specialized master's degree in Continuous Improvement and Industrial Performance from CESI École d'Ingénieurs.
