Montaser Amro has a diverse work experience history, starting with their role as a Site Engineer at Arab Brothers in 2013, where they worked on constructing and equipping a pump station. In 2014, they joined Kids4Peace International as a Community Engagement Coordinator, promoting hope and ending conflict in divided societies. Montaser later became a Program Manager at the same organization in 2016. In 2016, Montaser also started their own IT services outsourcing firm called Qual.IT, where they served as the CEO until 2018, providing mobile/web application development and quality assurance services. In 2017, they took on the role of Venture Development and Programming Manager at The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, specifically working with the Our Generation Speaks program, supporting emerging leaders in creating high-impact ventures. Montaser then worked as a Freelance Web Developer from 2020 to 2021 before joining Thoughtworks as a Software Developer in 2021. Currently, they are a Software Developer at Baobab since 2023.

Montaser Amro has a diverse education history. Montaser attended the WBS Coding School from 2020 to 2021, where they focused on Fullstack Web development with JavaScript. In 2020, they also completed a Bootcamp at Le Wagon, specializing in Full Stack Web Development with Ruby on Rails. In 2016, Montaser was a Fellow at The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, with a focus on Startup Management. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Building Engineering from Palestine Polytechnic University, where they studied from 2008 to 2013.
