Silvia Alberti

Silvia Alberti serves as the Chief of Innovation and Quality at BaptistCare since March 2025 and as the Chief Operating Officer at Baptcare since May 2023. Prior to these roles, Silvia held various senior leadership positions, including Executive General Manager of Operations and General Manager for Western Victoria & Tasmania at Uniting Vic.Tas from July 2017 to March 2023, following a tenure as CEO of Prahran Mission during its merger into Uniting in 2017. Silvia's earlier experience includes serving as Executive Director at the Department of Education & Training, Victoria in 2016 and holding senior executive roles in strategy and operations at the Department of Health & Human Services, Victoria from 2006 to 2016. Silvia's educational background includes studies at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the University of Melbourne, La Trobe University, and Swinburne University of Technology.
