Courtney Stilwell

Courtney Stilwell is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as the Director of Accounting at Baptist Children's Homes of North Carolina, Inc., since October 2012, Courtney has been responsible for overseeing the annual budget process, monthly financial reporting, and financial analysis, while also collaborating with CPA firms for audits. Previous experience includes roles as an Accounting Manager and Fund Accountant, where responsibilities encompassed fund accounting, financial statement analysis, and ensuring compliance with tax laws. Prior to Baptist Children's Homes, Courtney worked as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Caffey Distributing/Carolina Premium Beverage, managing a large portfolio of customer accounts and providing support across various accounting areas. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bryan School of Business and Economics at UNCG and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Guilford Technical Community College.
