Erin Koshover, MSW, CSW has a diverse work experience spanning over 24 years. Erin is currently working as the Director of Independent Living at Baptist Life Communities since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Social Services at Village Care Center from July 2019 to November 2022. Erin was the Director of Resident Services at Village Care Center from July 2015 to July 2019. From July 2013 to May 2015, Erin worked as the Director of Baptist Towers at Baptist Towers and before that, they served as the Assistant Administrator at the same company from March 2007 to July 2013. Before their entry into the healthcare sector, Erin worked as a Family Support Worker at Brighton Center from May 2005 to March 2007. Erin started their career as a Guest Relations Representative (Seasonal) at Cincinnati Reds from April 1998 to September 2003.

Erin Koshover, MSW, CSW completed their education with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Kentucky, graduating in 2005. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from the University of Kentucky in 2003. Erin's earlier education includes Ludlow High School, where they received a Commonwealth Diploma in 1999.
