Heather Strader currently serves as the Executive Director of the Institute for Cochlear Implant Training, a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing cochlear implantation standards through education and training. Since March 2015, Heather has been pivotal in offering comprehensive courses that include online lectures, live web classes, and hands-on workshops for CI professionals. In addition to this role, Heather has worked as an Audiologist at Baptist Easley Hospital since July 2014 and previously held positions as a Pediatric Cochlear Implant Audiologist at St. Louis Children's Hospital and a Pediatric Cochlear Implant Audiology Fellow at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Heather holds a Doctorate in Audiology from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from Purdue University.
