Daniel de Leon

Daniel De Leon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in church strategy and education. Currently serving as Church Starting Strategist and Area Three Representative for the Baptist General Convention of Texas since January 2018, Daniel previously held notable roles as Director of Personnel and Dean of Students at Rio Grande Bible Institute from August 2013 to December 2017, and as Director of Admissions at Rio Grande Bible College from January 2011 to August 2014. Earlier in career, Daniel worked as Quality Systems Manager at Delphi from January 2002 to January 2005. Daniel's education includes multiple degrees in Theology and Computer Science from institutions such as Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas.
