Dave Lyons

Dave Lyons has over three decades of experience in information technology, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology for the Baptist General Convention of Texas since May 2004, where oversight includes managing over 20 staff across three teams. Previously, Lyons held the position of Business Systems Team Leader at GuideStone Financial Resources from 1995 to 2004, focusing on software support and development for various departments. Prior experience includes IT Manager at Colotone-Riverside Press and Senior Developer at Hall Financial Group. Lyons earned a BS in Computing Science from Texas A&M University between 1979 and 1983.
