Tom Tillman

Tom Tillman has over two decades of experience in music and worship leadership within the church context. Since February 2016, Tom serves as the Director of Music & Worship for the Baptist General Convention of Texas. Prior to this role, Tom was the Associate Pastor of Music & Worship at First Baptist Church in Conroe, Texas, from April 1994 to February 2016. Tom holds a Master of Arts degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (1992-1995) and a Bachelor of Music in Church Music from Wayland Baptist University (1985-1988). Tom began their higher education journey at Oklahoma Baptist University from August 1984 to May 1985 and graduated from Eldorado High School.
