Gina Hattabaugh

Gina Hattabaugh has extensive experience in administrative and credentialing roles within the healthcare sector, commencing in September 2007 with positions at Baptist Health-Van Buren, Baptist Health Fort Smith & Van Buren, and Sparks Health System. As an Executive Administrative Assistant and Credentialing Coordinator, responsibilities include providing executive support and managing physician credentialing. Additionally, as a Staffing Coordinator at Sparks Health System, Gina ensured sufficient staffing for nursing units. Prior to the full-time healthcare roles, Gina worked as a Substitute Teacher at Pocola & Spiro Elementary Schools in Oklahoma from 1994 to 2006. Gina holds an Associate's degree in Animal Technology from UAFS and the North American Correspondence School, as well as a high school diploma from Northside High School in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
