Lori Hayter

Lori Hayter has extensive experience in medical office operations and customer service management. Currently employed at Baptist Health Care since May 2023, Lori is responsible for scheduling, billing, reception, insurance, and training. Prior to this, Lori worked at Owens & Minor from November 1999 to March 2023 in various managerial roles, including overseeing service support and order management, establishing a client engagement center, and managing customer service projects. Lori's foundational experience includes positions in human resources and office management from 1990 to 1999 at an undisclosed company. Educational achievements include a high school diploma from Pine Forest High School and acceptance to Daytona State College, with earlier coursework at Pensacola Junior College.
