Giselle Morales

Giselle Morales, MBA, MLS (ASCP) cm, is currently the Director of Laboratory Services at Baptist Health, where Giselle manages 65 employees at a high paced hospital laboratory. Previously, Giselle served as the Laboratory Manager/Director at LAKE WALES MEDICAL CENTER, overseeing 34 employees in a rural hospital, and as the Laboratory General Technical Supervisor and Interim Laboratory Director at Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center, managing 49 employees. Giselle has a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Western Governors University.
