Joe Saucier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contact center operations and system analysis. Currently serving as a Senior System Analyst at Baptist Health since November 2019, Joe supports Enterprise Contact Centers by programming and maintaining Front End Avaya Elite products, managing PCI protocols, and troubleshooting for over 1000 agents.
