Katie Dalbey Ensign has a diverse work experience in the philanthropic sector. Katie currently holds the position of Vice President of Community Investment and Impact at Baptist Health since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at the Jessie Ball duPont Fund for over a decade, starting as a Senior Program Officer in May 2010 and eventually becoming the Vice President for Placemaking & Administration. In this role, they managed a portfolio of over 75 grantees, oversaw placemaking grants and strategies, and assisted the president with administrative and operational oversight of the fund. Before joining the Jessie Ball duPont Fund, Katie served as the President of the Florida Philanthropic Network from February 2008 to May 2010. Katie also gained experience as the Vice President of Programs at the Nonprofit Center of Northeast Florida from July 2003 to July 2006 and as the Communications & Consulting Director at Warren Village from January 2000 to June 2003.
