Lisa Marin is currently serving as the Vice President of HR, Business Advisory Services at Baptist Health. Previously, Lisa held the position of VP of Human Resources at LEXEO Therapeutics and Senior Director of Human Resources at Pfizer, specializing in Rare Diseases. With a background in leading organizational transitions, enhancing company culture, and driving operational efficiencies, Lisa brings a wealth of experience in strategic HR planning and talent management. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Boston College and is pursuing an Accelerated MBA from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
