Isaac Filat

Isaac Filat is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in imaging services. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Retail Imaging at Baptist Health since June 2020, Isaac previously held the position of Retail Imaging Manager. Prior to this, Isaac was the Director of Imaging Services at CARTI Cancer Center from August 2016 to December 2019, where responsibilities included managing operations across multiple locations and overseeing a team of 45 medical professionals. Isaac's career also includes a role as the Manager of Nuclear Medicine/PET at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences from August 2004 to August 2016, leading a team of 25 technologists. Isaac holds a Master’s degree in Health Service Management from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
