Josh Brown

Josh Brown has extensive experience in pastoral care and academic roles. Currently serving as a Senior Chaplain at Baptist Health since August 2013, Josh provides comprehensive pastoral support to patients, families, and staff while also collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and overseeing memorial services. Prior to this, Josh worked at SAGU in various positions, including Assistant Registrar and Adjunct Faculty, where responsibilities included managing office operations, advising students, and teaching courses in Authentic Christianity and Strategies for Student Success. Josh’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Church Ministries, a Master of Divinity, and ongoing doctoral studies in ministry at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, reflecting a deep commitment to both pastoral care and theological education.
