Julie Nix

Julie Nix, MSHA, serves as the Corporate Vice President of Women's, Surgery, and Rehabilitation Services at Baptist Health, a position held since December 2004. Responsible for strategic planning and operational execution across various service lines generating over $600 million in annual revenue, Nix oversees surgical services with 55,000+ cases and a revenue of $500 million, as well as Women and Children’s Services, which includes delivering over 6,000 babies and managing more than 1,000 NICU admissions. Additionally, Nix leads the Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute, focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehab operations and achieving a 16% increase in net revenue. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President of Patient Services and Surgical Services Program Line Manager, with a focus on improving surgical volume and financial results at the Baptist Health Medical Center - Little Rock. Nix holds a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
