Zackery Smith

Zackery Smith currently serves as an Onboarding and Access Specialist at Baptist Health, where responsibilities include managing recruitment databases and preparing access badges for new hires and contractors. Previously, Zackery accumulated two decades of experience in the United States Air Force, holding various leadership positions such as Command and Control Operations Superintendent and Joint Forces Special Operations Center Superintendent, focusing on operational readiness, training, and compliance with regulations. Zackery also briefly worked as a Lead Intake Intern and Onboarding Specialist at AllegiantVets, overseeing a candidate pipeline and mentoring fellow interns.
