Joy Sharp

Joy Sharp has a wealth of experience in the healthcare and community support field, with roles ranging from Director of Community Health Programs at Baptist Health Care to Program Manager Outreach Services at Christ Community Health Services. Their expertise includes managing population health initiatives, coordinating wellness events in under-served areas, and ensuring data quality in support services for the homeless population. Joy Sharp completed their education in a variety of fields. Joy obtained a Bachelor of Science in Education-Healthcare Leadership from The University of Memphis in 2005. Prior to that, they studied Computer Science at LeMoyne-Owen College from 1994 to 1998. In 2008, they became a Certified Life Coach after attending Coach Training Alliance. Joy also holds additional certifications, including a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certification from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business in 2021.
