Phil Cardone

Phil Cardone has extensive experience in healthcare facilities management, starting as a Principal Electrician at Cardone Contracting in 1999. Phil then moved on to roles such as Electrician at Inova Mount Vernon Hospital, Asst. Director of Engineering at Inova Health System, and Director of Engineering at Inova Alexandria Hospital. Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations at Baptist Health Care and Baptist Hospital. Throughout their career, Phil has demonstrated leadership in team management, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and policy development within healthcare facility settings.

Phil Cardone completed a program in Certified Facility Management from George Mason University between 2015 and 2018. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) and Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) from the American Hospital Association in 2017.
