Scott McIntosh

Dr. Scott McIntosh, MD, FAPA has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2009, they served as a Resident Physician at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center until 2014. In 2014, they became the Medical Director of the Acute Stabilization Unit (ASU) at Lakeview Center Inc and later transitioned to the role of Director of Inpatient Services in 2015, holding this position until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Medical Director at Baptist Health Care since October 2021.

Dr. Scott McIntosh graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business in 2004. Scott then went on to earn their Doctor of Medicine with High Honors from Meharry Medical College in 2009. Prior to their medical education, they completed their College Prep at Brookstone School from 1998 to 2000. Dr. McIntosh has also obtained various certifications, including becoming a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association in 2017 and a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Inc. in 2014. Additionally, they hold a Medical Doctor license in Florida since 2014.
