Matthew Knowles

Matthew Knowles has extensive experience in the field of radiation therapy, currently serving as the Director of Radiation Therapy at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas since 2003. In this role, Matthew oversees a medical team comprising nine Radiation Therapists, two Medical Dosimetrists, one Medical Physicist, and one Navigator, while managing state surveys, policy compliance, and departmental productivity. Previously, Matthew worked as a Radiation Therapist at MD Anderson Cancer Center, where duties included operating linear accelerators and maintaining patient schedules. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Radiological Science from Pima Medical Institute and has advanced training from The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center and Baptist Hospital School of Radiologic Technology.
