Adrienne Bryant

Adrienne Bryant has extensive experience in healthcare operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Practice Administrator at Baptist Medical Group since March 2012. In this role, Adrienne manages day-to-day functions across seven locations, supervising a multidisciplinary team that includes seven Gastroenterologists, four CRNAs, five Nurse Practitioners, and over 25 staff members. Responsibilities also encompass employee service and planning, as well as budget forecasting. Prior positions at the same organization include Practice Manager and Lead Customer Service Coordinator, where Adrienne was involved in credentialing, overseeing staff, managing payroll and medical records, and patient scheduling. Adrienne also has a background in early childhood education, having worked as a Lead Teacher at Faith Preschool Academy and Sunshine Learning Academy. Adrienne holds a Bachelor's degree in Science with a focus on Healthcare Management from Union University.
