Matt Sanders

Matt Sanders, MHA, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Operations for the Patient Services Center at Baptist Medical Group, a role held since September 2019. Prior positions within Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation include Clinic Supervisor for Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery and Administrative Resident. In addition to healthcare experience, Matt Sanders has a significant military background with the Tennessee Army National Guard, serving since June 2009 as Executive Officer of the HHD, Joint Force Headquarters, and previously as Platoon Leader for E TRP 2/278 ACR, where management of safety and training for 41 soldiers was key. Matt Sanders is academically accomplished, holding an MBA and MHA from The University of Memphis, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from the same institution.
