Dan Ellenberger

Dan Ellenberger is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in managing telecommunications teams and network systems. Currently serving as the Telecommunications Manager at Baptist Memorial Health Care since June 2021, Dan oversees daily operations, incident management, and customer service escalation. Prior to this role, Dan held various positions at Black Box for over two decades, including Unified Communications Engineer, Operations Manager, and Major Accounts Project Manager, where key accomplishments included managing large projects and retaining major clients. Dan's career began in the US Army as a Staff Sergeant, where responsibilities included overseeing network systems and training programs. Dan holds an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Accounting from Robert Morris University and has received numerous industry awards and certifications throughout the career.
