Lia Lansky, MS, MHA, currently serves as the Chief Wellbeing Officer at Baptist Memorial Health Care since April 2018, focusing on enhancing team member health and community wellness. Lia also holds the position of System Director of Wellbeing and Assistant Professor of Practice at Baptist Health Sciences University, teaching Healthcare Communications and Professionalism. Previous roles include Fitness Director at Camelback Village Health and Racquet Club, where significant revenue growth was achieved, and Fitness Director at Marriott's The Spa at Camelback Inn, recognized for outstanding performance awards. Lia's career began as an Exercise Physiologist at Scottsdale Healthcare Hospital/Cancer Rehab, where the first hospital-based Cancer Exercise Rehabilitation program in Arizona was developed. Academically, Lia holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Memphis and has degrees in Exercise Physiology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
