Pamela Crislip

Pamela Crislip is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grant management and advancement services. Currently, Pamela serves as the Director of Advancement Services at Baptist Memorial Health Care and has held the role of Sr. Administrative Grants Manager at Baptist Memorial Health Care Foundation since 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing all grant-related activities and fostering relationships with funders. Prior to these positions, Pamela worked at SRVS as a Grant Writer and served as a Grants Writer at Crichton College, achieving successful funding from various governmental departments. Pamela's foundational experience includes serving as Deputy Administrator for the Memphis City Council and engaging in extensive volunteer work across multiple community organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Mississippi.
