Pedro Henrique Ramos serves as the Executive Director at Reglab - Centro de Estratégia & Regulação since September 2024, leading a think tank focused on strategy and regulation in technology, media, and corporate digital governance. With over a decade of experience as a Senior Partner in Media, Tech, and Data Protection at Baptista Luz Advogados, Pedro has garnered recognition from prestigious organizations including Chambers & Partners and Legal 500. Pedro also holds a professorship in Digital Governance and Compliance at Ibmec and has served in various academic roles, including teaching Law & Innovation at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. As VP of Government Affairs at IAB Brasil, Pedro engages in regulatory advocacy for the digital landscape. An academic with a robust educational background, including a PhD in Communication and Media Studies from ESPM and an Academic Visitor designation from the University of Oxford, Pedro continues to contribute to research and policy development in the areas of innovation and technology regulation.
